Patch 1.2.4 - Game Break Fix

The urgent purpose of this patch is to resolve a serious bug where the game fully breaks if you lose after the Lystrosaurus has despawned (the HUD either darkens or disappears entirely, and the world can't be interacted with), effectively preventing you from restarting a new game unless you restart the entire application.
Beyond that:
- Added an additional arrow in the third phase of the Tutorial to remind players that they need to click Next Turn to get more resources and progress
- Fixed a collection of issues where in-world GUI pips, desiccation dust, and bioforms animating their own disappearance persisted into new games after restarting (more commonly after losing)
- Fixed an issue where the game's actual current turn could fall out of sync with the turn counter displayed on screen
- Fixed an issue where the effects of the Lystrosaurus' "present" aren't reflected in the resource HUD
- Fixed incorrect text that appears when trying to grow a Bioform in an unsuitable location
- Fixed some typos in various string
